As a Treatment Foster Care Case Worker, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of foster children, maintaining thorough documentation, and providing ongoing support and training to foster families.

Responsibilities
Complete and maintain thorough documentation including but not limited to: Monthly Notes and Reports, 14 Day Plans, 30 Day Plans, 45 Day Plans, Social Histories, Quarterly Reports, and Annual Reports
Assess the needs of foster children, and implement tangible objectives, strategies and services to address all identified needs
Completion of home and field visits multiple times a month for each child
Attend or coordinate meetings on behalf of foster children and foster families including; FAPT, Court, FPM meetings, Treatment Teams, and VEMAT meetings
Supervise visitations between foster children and their birth families, provide transportation for identified services, and make service referrals to various agencies
Participation in ongoing trainings required by LCPA standards, HumanKind, and supervisor
Participation in all audits, to include internal and external conduct by LCPA Licensing Inspector
Use Placement/Matching protocol in the event assistant is needed for placement by the Program Manager
Provide ongoing support and training to foster families
Qualification
Required
A baccalaureate degree in any field plus two years of experience in providing casework services to children and families
A baccalaureate degree in social work or a field related to social work including, but not limited to sociology, psychology, special education, or counseling plus one year of experience in providing casework services to children and families
A doctorate or master's degree in social work from a college or university accredited by the Council on Social Work Education or a field related to social work such as sociology, psychology, special education, or counseling with a student placement in casework services to children and families or one year of experience in providing casework
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Complete, pass and maintain all required Background checks and drug test
Must be able to respond to on-call emergencies within an approved amount of time as determined by Program Manager
