Responsibilities
Support engineering work within manufacturing work centers (production lines)
Document current processes, standard work, cycle times, and layouts
Perform time studies and line balancing to identify labor efficiency and headcount reduction opportunities
Assist with continuous improvement and new product launch activities
Support production and safety-related documentation
Qualification
Required
Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor's degree
Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized
Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented
Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment
Have a passion for cosmetics, the beauty industry and keeping up-to-date with industry trends
