Responsibilities
Empower you with the skills and tools needed for success: client relationship management, product knowledge, sales techniques, market development, role play and access to a full suite of remote-work technology solutions
Upskill from participating in local and national development programs as well as joint-work opportunities for a hands-on experience
Encourage pursuit of professional designations including CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC)
Help navigate obtaining the required state licenses as well as sitting for the SIE which must be passed prior to onboarding
Sponsor pursuit of FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations which must be passed prior to onboarding
Develop markets and sustain long-term relationships

Required
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
A four-year college degree is preferred but not required
We will help you navigate obtaining the required state licenses as well as sitting for the SIE which must be passed prior to onboarding
We will sponsor your pursuit of FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations which must be passed prior to onboarding

Ability to draw upon past/present experiences and acquaintances to develop markets and sustain long-term relationships
