Responsibilities

Manage and track medical supplies and equipment inventory
Assist with billing documentation and charge entry
Support medical record scanning and organization in the electronic health record system
Coordinate outpatient appointments and transportation support
Collaborate with Nursing and Plant Operations to ensure equipment safety and readiness
Help maintain clean, safe, and organized clinical and storage areas
Provide occasional resident care support as needed

Qualification

Electronic health record systemCNA certificationOrganizational skillsComfort with older adultsAttention to detail

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort working with older adults in a healthcare setting
Willingness to learn and use an electronic health record system
