Responsibilities
Produce high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Operate production equipment and perform hands-on assembly or processing tasks
Meet daily production goals while maintaining consistency and efficiency
Maintain safety and quality standards
Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and standard operating procedures
Perform in-process quality checks and identify or escalate defects or issues
Support team and production operations
Work collaboratively with teammates, Production Leads, and Supervisors
Complete required production documentation and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Qualification
Required
Experience working in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment and comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines consistently
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and safety while performing hands-on, repetitive tasks
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with reliable attendance and punctuality
Willingness to learn new processes, support cross-training, and adapt to a regulated or lean manufacturing environment
Ability to operate basic production or manufacturing equipment and machinery safely
Basic mechanical aptitude (e.g., loading materials, making simple adjustments, recognizing when equipment isn't operating correctly)
Ability to read and follow work instructions, SOPs, and visual aids (paper or digital)
