Responsibilities
Design and develop logical database designs , data models, and relational data definitions
Support corporate and customer-facing information systems
Collaborate with customers, vendors, business analysts, and application development teams to resolve data flow and content issues
Participate in or lead enterprise-wide data projects , enhancements, and issue resolution
Implement and support data quality initiatives , including profiling, cleansing, and standardization
Contribute to master data and hierarchy synchronization solutions
Qualification
Required
7+ years of overall IT experience
5+ years in data management and/or quality assurance
4+ years of hands-on experience with Advanced SQL
4+ years of hands-on experience with Python
4+ years of hands-on experience with Apache Spark
Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts
Preferred
Experience working with healthcare data
Experience in Linux environments
Hands-on experience with data quality tools
Exposure to master data management (MDM) solutions
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in team settings
Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
