Administrative Assistant - Branch (30 hours/week)
HomeServices of America is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team in the Delafield, WI sales office. This role involves providing administrative support, overseeing office operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Provide administrative support to the sales manager and sales associates
Oversee and perform office operation duties
Interpret and enforce company policy

Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Three plus years of related experience strongly preferred
Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
Basic proficiency of social media engagement and posting practices (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Effective interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and a strong customer service focus
Effective analytical, problem solving and decision making skills; initiative, attention to detail, and a team player
Project management skills: ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
Ability to handle stress and work under pressure
Preferred
Post secondary education preferred
Knowledge of real estate, title and/or mortgage business strongly preferred
Three plus years of related experience strongly preferred
