Responsibilities
Monitors and triages Pharmacy communications
Prepares medication for dispensation from the Pharmacy
Participates in maintaining inventory management and proper recordkeeping
Delivers medication to appropriate units or automated dispensing machines
Maintains the integrity of all medication received, stored, prepared, or dispensed from the Pharmacy
Ability to be at work and be on time
Ability to follow company policies, procedures and directives
Ability to interact in a positive and constructive manner
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in an accredited School of Pharmacy
Current California Registered Pharmacy Intern license
Preferred
Minimum one (1) year of experience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy setting
Minimum one (1) year of experience in compounded sterile products preparation and procedures
