They are seeking a Senior Data Analyst (Appian) to support the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Software Engineering Center in enhancing Army readiness through modernizing data management and process automation.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with developers and program leads to integrate analytics within Appian applications
Develop dashboards and reports to support mission operations, resource management, and workflow optimization
Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure reliability of visualizations
Translate user requirements into data models, reports, and automated performance metrics
Support user training, documentation, and analytic process improvement initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred or 4+ additional years of work experience in lieu of degree
5+ years' experience in data sourcing, analysis, and integration
3+ years' experience developing Tableau or Power BI dashboards
Proficient with SQL and data visualization principles
Active DoD Secret clearance or higher. Candidates without a minimum of a Secret clearance will not be considered

Preferred

Experience using Appian Records, SAIL, and Expression Rules
Appian Certified Associate Developer certification preferred
Prior Army or DoD experience supporting data analysis or process automation
