Responsibilities
Support implementation, configuration, and administration of Manhattan Active WMS , with preferred experience in Manhattan Active TM
Perform system administration activities on the Manhattan Active platform, including environment support and issue triage
Execute functional and integration test scenarios , validate results, and support defect tracking, analysis, and resolution
Actively participate in SIT, UAT, and go-live readiness activities
Collaborate with functional, technical, and business stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle
Prepare, publish, and present project status, progress, and risk reports
Support deployment, cutover activities, and post go-live stabilization
Ensure adherence to project standards, processes, and documentation guidelines
Qualification
Required
3 5 years of experience working with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (WM)
Working knowledge or at least 1 year of hands-on experience with Manhattan Active TM is strongly preferred
Solid understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and system workflows
3 5 years of experience in test execution, defect management, and system validation activities
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including status reporting and stakeholder interaction
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced implementation environment
Preferred
Prior experience in Manhattan Active WM/TM implementation projects
Experience supporting system go-lives and hypercare phases
Exposure to integration testing and cross-functional coordination in large-scale enterprise implementations
