Proven track record leading process design, project management, and change management activities for the development and implementation of business process changes and tools
Strong analytical skills and a drive to experiment; ability to use data to drive decision making
Demonstrated success managing cross-functional stakeholders through a thoughtful prioritization process that drives towards delivery
Superb communicator and problem-solver
Knowledge of the processes and operations of a global marketing function preferred
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in the role of Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar
Excellent knowledge of work management and automations in the context of complex workflows
Workfront Admin Certification (Adobe Certified Professional – Adobe Workfront Core Developer) or ability to obtain within first 30 days
Proven track record leading process design, project management, and change management activities for the development and implementation of business process changes and tools
Strong analytical skills and a drive to experiment; ability to use data to drive decision making
Demonstrated success managing cross-functional stakeholders through a thoughtful prioritization process that drives towards delivery
Superb communicator and problem-solver
Preferred
Knowledge of the processes and operations of a global marketing function
