Responsibilities
Defend employers in a variety of commercial litigation and employment litigation matters, including wage-and-hour and PAGA actions
Draft pleadings, motions, and other substantive court filings
Assist with case strategy, discovery, and client counseling
Work closely with partners and other attorneys in a collaborative team environment
Gain meaningful, hands-on litigation experience
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience
California bar admission required; New York bar admission a plus
BigLaw or similar background
Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Excellent judgment and professionalism; cultural fit is critical
