AI Transformation Lead

Responsibilities

Design and implement AI-enabled solutions across areas such as:
Service desk and ticket triage
Incident management and root-cause analysis
Capacity planning and predictive maintenance
Asset management, monitoring, and reporting
Embed AI into delivery and support processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability
Define repeatable playbooks, standards, and governance for applying AI within CMN operations
Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Leadership to pilot, validate, and operationalize AI-driven initiatives
Mentor delivery managers and technical leads on applying AI responsibly within managed services environments
Lead or support AI transformation initiatives for CMN clients, particularly in infrastructure-heavy and operationally complex environments
Translate client operational challenges into pragmatic AI use cases with clear business value and implementation paths
Ensure AI solutions are production-ready, secure, and aligned with client compliance, governance, and operating constraints
Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders across IT, operations, and leadership teams
Support client change management related to AI adoption, including process redesign, training, and operational readiness
Partner with CMN Sales and Umbrella leadership to shape AI-enabled managed services and infrastructure offerings
Participate in discovery sessions, solution design, and proposal development for AI-related opportunities
Help qualify AI opportunities by assessing client readiness, data maturity, and operational fit
Contribute to internal enablement materials, case studies, and thought leadership related to AI in managed services and infrastructure

Required

8+ years of experience in technology delivery, IT operations, managed services, or digital transformation roles
Demonstrated experience leading AI-driven or automation-led transformations in production environments
Strong understanding of how AI can be applied to operational and infrastructure contexts, including: Workflow automation and intelligent routing, Predictive analytics and anomaly detection, AI-assisted support, monitoring, and reporting
Experience leading cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, and delivery
Proven ability to translate operational pain points into scalable, AI-enabled solutions with measurable impact
Strong client-facing skills, with experience engaging senior technical and operational stakeholders

Preferred

Exposure to AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices
Experience supporting sales cycles and executive-level presentations
