Qualification
Required
Expertise in Learning Management and Systems
Experience in Training & Development and Communication strategies
Proficiency in Instructional Design principles
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
Preferred
Familiarity with IDD programs or nonprofit organizations is a plus
