Responsibilities
Create, deploy, and refine innovative multi-channel demand generation campaigns to boost lead acquisition, grow the pipeline, and increase revenue impact
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to align strategies, messaging, and goals throughout the organization
Examine market trends, buyer behavior, and customer insights to discover new opportunities for generating demand
Map and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, enhancing conversion rates at each stage of the funnel
Create engaging, audience-targeted content across email, social media, webinars, events, and digital ads
Monitor, measure, and report campaign performance, then use insights to steadily enhance results
Lead A/B testing efforts and use data insights to improve campaigns and messaging
Ensure all demand generation activities adhere to industry best practices and internal policies
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a similar discipline
5–8+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
Strong knowledge of the marketing technology ecosystem, including marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms
Proven ability to build and execute strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
Highly analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Hands-on experience with content development, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with comfort partnering across teams
Occasional travel required (less than 10%)
Preferred
Experience supporting medical laboratories or healthcare organizations
