Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end web releases, owning scheduling, readiness, deployment, and post-release validation to ensure stability and accuracy
Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, configuration management, and deployment automation
Ensure release readiness across frontend codebases, CMS platforms, backend systems, and infrastructure components
Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers while driving timely issue resolution
Collaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, SRE, QA, and product partners to improve release reliability and operational efficiency
Drive continuous improvement by refining release processes, documentation, and operational best practices

Required

BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years experience in release coordination and DevOps for large-scale web platforms
Understanding of release pipelines, branching, CI/CD automation, configuration management, testing, or risk mitigation
Proficiency with Git workflows, CMS systems, and frontend deployment tooling (e.g., Next.js, Node.js, HTML/CSS)

Preferred

Demonstrated ability to plan and lead complex, deadline-driven releases across multiple teams and stakeholders
Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Python, Bash, and deployment automation
Familiarity with CMS platforms, Groovy scripting, GitOps, Kubernetes, AWS, and ITIL frameworks
Proven track record orchestrating complex global web releases under demanding timelines, with strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
