Responsibilities
Conduct hearing evaluations and in-office consultations for adult patients
Recommend hearing aid solutions aligned with patient needs, lifestyle, and communication goals
Fit, program, verify, and adjust hearing aids using best-practice protocols
Provide counseling, troubleshooting, and follow-up care during the launch period
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and clinical documentation
Collaborate with clinic leadership to support efficient clinic operations during opening weeks
Qualification
Required
Active North Carolina Audiologist license or Hearing Instrument Specialist license (required)
Experience with hearing aid consultations, fittings, and follow-up care
Strong communication and patient counseling skills
Comfortable working independently in a new clinic environment
