Responsibilities
Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy new features and user stories to production with a focus on quality, security, and reliability
Mentor Associate Application Engineers and guide Senior Associates to ensure team growth and productivity
Provide oversight on design decisions, guiding the team toward achieving key results
Troubleshoot and remediate issues while proactively designing solutions to prevent failures
Actively contribute to and lead technology communities at Client
Escalate risk and customer-impacting issues promptly to management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
3+ years of experience in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related disciplines
Preferred
Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies (AWS preferred)
Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python, along with relevant frameworks
Solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git/GitHub
Strong commitment to test automation and high-quality coding standards
Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
Experience with OpenShift Container Platform
Knowledge of contract testing using Pact and/or setting up a Pact Broker
Full-stack development experience using React and Node.js
Understanding of risk management practices
