Intern - Business Development

They are seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to gain hands-on experience in Business Development and Sales, working closely with various sales teams to assist with inbound sales calls, appointment setting, and managing CRM databases.

Responsibilities

Field a high volume of B2B inbound sales calls and emails daily
Assemble and organize targeted outbound calling campaigns for appointment setting
Respond to & vet marketing qualified leads
Perform B2B outbound calls daily
Schedule qualified appointments for the outside sales team
Achieve or exceed defined measurable business objectives for your position
Collaborate with sales and marketing department team members to set defined number of qualified sales appointments
Manage and update a Customer Relations Management (CRM) database and marketing platform with clear, concise summaries
Communicate clearly and thoroughly with management and team members
Prepare accurate reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as defined by management
Other duties that may be assigned to meet business needs
