The role involves leading the deployment and expansion of a new PPM tool for enterprise-wide project management, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring successful adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities

Lead the POC, pilot, and rollout of portfolio and program management processes using the new PPM tool
Work with the PPM tool development team to define requirements, test, and configure management modules
Provide support to decentralized PMOs to replicate and scale project management processes
Create and deliver role-specific training and practical tips on maximizing PPM tool capabilities
Contribute to the ongoing support of governance committees for assessing and prioritizing tool capabilities
Perform other duties related to project management and PPM tool expansion

Required

10+ years of IT project management experience
At least 3 years of experience with program, portfolio, or agile project management
Experience with software testing, training, and user guide development
High proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, and Office suite
Strong experience with ServiceNow platform

Preferred

PMP
PgMP
PfMP
Scrum
SAFe
ITIL certification preferred
ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) experience is highly desired
