Office Manager Sales Assistant
G.A. Rogers & Associates is partnering with a dynamic, high-growth client to find a proactive and experienced Office Manager Sales Assistant. The role involves supporting the sales leadership and team by performing high-level administrative tasks to ensure the business runs efficiently.
Responsibilities
Assist sales personnel and leadership with administrative workflows, order processing, and client follow-up to ensure seamless operations
Manage tasks, inventory, and sales activities efficiently to maintain a streamlined office environment
Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, answering inquiries and enhancing overall customer satisfaction
Act as a key point of contact, utilizing effective listening and verbal presentation skills to coordinate between internal teams and external clients
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to meet the demands of a rapid-turnaround production cycle
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting a sales or executive team
Energetic, pro-active, and able to multitask. You must exhibit passion and determination to get things done without constant supervision
Exceptional skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
