5+ years of hands-on experience with Calypso platform, including configuration and back office functions
Strong knowledge of capital markets, asset classes (FX, MM, FI, derivatives), and trade lifecycle
Proficiency in Calypso data model, workflows, messaging (e.g., SWIFT), and integrations
Analytical mindset with expertise in requirements translation, SQL basics, and agile methodologies
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
