Responsibilities

Own partnership revenue targets, including services revenue, and co-sell pipeline
Build and convert a joint pipeline with strategic partners, driving predictable growth and deal velocity
Serve as the executive interface between CEI leadership and partner organizations, shaping alliance strategy and priorities
Design and execute joint GTM and co-sell motions, including sales plays, industry solutions, and account-based initiatives
Partner with CEI solution and delivery teams to define, launch, and scale joint offerings built on partner platforms (cloud, data, AI)
Provide regular, executive-level updates to CEI senior leadership on partnership health, pipeline, revenue impact, and strategic initiatives
Govern partner funding and incentives (POCs, migrations, pilots) to accelerate pipeline conversion and customer success
Build and scale CEI’s partner marketplace presence, owning listings, performance, and optimization
Establish KPI rigor, reporting, and operating cadence across alliances, sales, and channels
Coordination and communication with top Analyst Firms - Gartner, Forrester etc

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
15+ years in partner alliances, ecosystem leadership, or GTM roles within technology and services
Proven track record scaling partnerships across hyperscalers and technology ecosystems
Strong background in co-sell, influence sales, and revenue ownership
Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across sales, delivery, and product teams
