Responsibilities
Developing and executing a strategic sales plan across Houston
Managing and growing key accounts while identifying new project opportunities
Leading complex, consultative sales processes from first conversation to contract signature
Conducting site surveys and working closely with customers to define technical and operational requirements
Writing and presenting detailed commercial proposals and forecasts
Negotiating with senior stakeholders across engineering, operations, procurement, and leadership teams
Working cross functionally with engineering, project delivery, and service teams to ensure flawless execution
Qualification
Required
Educated in Engineering at degree level or above: Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering
An ambitious, hard working attitude. This is a steep learning curve and will require only the best to earn an outstanding career
Clear and concise communication skills to ensure you can lead client projects
Preferred
Internal sales experience within engineering / manufacturing industries will be advantageous
Experience within hands on engineering roles will also be advantageous
