Responsibilities

Design, build, and configure SAP TM applications to meet specific business and application requirements
Lead and manage the team to perform effectively, contributing to key technical and strategic decisions
Provide comprehensive solutions to problems for immediate and multi-functional teams
Develop innovative application solutions that enhance user experience and meet business needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance
Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment

Required

S4HANA TM: Advanced hands-on configuration experience
SAP TM Transportation Management: Expert-level proficiency (P3 - Advanced)
Business Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of TM E2E processes and end-to-end logistics
Advisory/Consulting: Proven experience in client-facing advisory roles
People Management: Ability to lead teams and manage collaborative decision-making

Preferred

SAP TM integration with EWM
SAP TM Certification
Experience with Agile and Jira
Life Science industry experience
