Responsibilities
Handle quote requests and evaluate supplier proposals for optimal procurement
Create and manage purchase requisitions and orders, ensuring timely delivery
Conduct price reviews and maintain pricing accuracy, including managing Purchase Price Variance (PPV)
Oversee prototype activities and facilitate communication between R&D and suppliers
Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure compliance with cost and tariff regulations
Collaborate cross-functionally to support project lifecycle and material disposition
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in materials management, procurement, or supply chain operations
Strong background in supplier management, cost analysis, and ERP systems
Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in email management and maintaining timely communication
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and driving results
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
