Responsibilities
Assisting with onboarding and converting new clients into the Data Services model
Setting up new data structures across a group of dispersed data sets, sources and formats
Managing the data collection process, providing ongoing status reports, externally to clients and internally to management
Working with clients to create a set of customized dashboard views and reporting templates
Establishing new data structures and modifying reporting templates, as needed
Researching and responding to routine, ad-hoc client requests
Supporting management with the development, implementation, and roll out of new Data Services products
Providing training, oversight, and mentorship to Associates
Supporting corporate goals and business/departmental initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in either Data Science, Finance, or a related discipline
3–5+ years' experience in a financial services or related role - experience in the Real Estate and Private Markets sector is a plus
Deadline oriented with ability to complete assigned tasks independently
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Excellent client service skills
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities to ensure timely and accurate production of client deliverables
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with an emphasis on Excel skills
Ability to be a team player
