They are seeking a Real Estate Transactions & Finance Associate with experience in real estate transactions to support their expanding team and work on diverse national scale deals.
Law Practice
Responsibilities
Support the Real Estate Transactions & Finance practice
Work alongside nationally recognized real estate leaders
Engage in a wide range of transactions across industry sectors
Negotiate and draft mortgage loan documents and purchase/sale agreements
Manage closing checklists and oversee closing documents
Negotiate and draft commercial leases, joint ventures, construction, CC&Rs, REAs, Declarations and Easement Agreements
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of broad transactional real estate experience
Demonstrated experience with mortgage debt financing transactions (preferably borrower-side) and purchase/sale transactions
Excellent writing and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented, collaborative mindset
Strong problem-solving skills and confidence working independently
Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction you are practicing
Preferred
Leasing and joint venture experience a plus
Experience negotiating and drafting commercial leases, joint ventures, construction, CC&Rs, REAs, Declarations and Easement Agreements being a plus
