Responsibilities
Ensuring compliance with EVM principles in an Agile environment
Adequately forecasting IMS dates
Identifying, boarding and mitigating risks
Planning work scope
Managing scope changes and explaining variances incurred
Interfacing with high level technical SMEs and PMs on behalf of System Design
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related technical degree from an accredited college in engineering or other STEM related discipline
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access

Requirements management experience
System Design experience
Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills and strong Interpersonal Skills
Experience working on Agile teams and/or projects
Ability to coordinate and collaborate with internal and external teams
Jira experience
Ability to identify risks, opportunities and develop mitigation strategies
Familiarity with PPMP-01 and PPMP-02
