WWC Engineering is seeking a Full-Time AI, Data & Innovation Manager to lead their enterprise strategy for artificial intelligence, data governance, and advanced analytics. The role focuses on ensuring comprehensive understanding and governance of information assets to drive business enablement and innovation in the engineering sector.

Responsibilities

Spearhead the enterprise strategy for artificial intelligence, data governance, and advanced analytics, driving business enablement across the organization
Ensure that WWC comprehensively understands its information assets and governs them with integrity
Interface with the IT Manager to ensure that data governance and AI initiatives align with infrastructure, security and technology lifecycle strategies

Required

Associate or bachelor's degree in technology, data, business, or related field; equivalent experience accepted
8-10 years of experience in technology, innovation, or data strategy roles
Strong understanding of business processes, data flows, and technology used in engineering, survey, and environmental consulting
Experience directing data governance, AI adoption, R&D/innovation intake, or related programs
Valid driver's license and ability to be covered by WWC's vehicle insurance
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test
