Responsibilities
Applying advanced business analysis concepts for identifying, evaluating, and defining highly complex systems scope and objectives based on advanced knowledge of applicable business practices, processes, systems, and industry standards to meet end-user needs
Considers the business implications of applying technology to the current and future business environments
Understanding and utilizing Agile Scrum best practices to ensure consistent delivery and reporting of project deliverables
Utilizing a detail oriented, data driven approach to oversee progress and relay information on critical trends up to the leadership team for input on strategy
Partnering with technology leads and product owners to communicate gaps, opportunities, and progress against deliverables
Independently address business process or systems issues and communicate key issues back up to the leadership team
Working with functional support resources and makes solution recommendations to ensure that user requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner
Performing gap analysis between business requirements and vendor product offerings as needed
Ensuring that complex business requirements are accurately captured, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders and effectively translate them into functional specifications
Acting as a liaison between the business and technology teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
72 months of progressive, post-Bachelor's experience in a related occupation
24 months of experience in an Agile environment and crafting requirements for web platforms
Experience with FINRA integrations; U4, U4 Amendment, U5, U5 Amendment, NRF, Re-license, Year end registration renewals, and webEFT Sunest
Experience with Appian platform
Experience with MS Project, Excel, and Visio Drawing tools
Experience translating complex business requirements to various stakeholders
Experience with status reporting for complex technical efforts
Experience working with cross functional teams and resources
