Responsibilities

Build backend services that power Journey Agent orchestration, analysis and execution
Implement AI agent workflows, including agent-to-agent coordination tool invocation, MCP server interactions, and gRPC / REST / GraphQL APIs
Develop full-stack features, including React-based UIs that expose agent observations, recommendations, and diagnostics
Ensure production readiness through testing, monitoring, and performance awareness
Contribute to design and code reviews to continuously improve the quality, reliability, and maintainability of agent systems

Required

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 5+ years of experience building and operating production software systems
Strong backend development skills in Java/Scala, Node.js, or Python, with solid full-stack experience using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience designing and implementing gRPC, REST, and GraphQL APIs, and integrating services across complex service ecosystems
Familiarity with AI agent systems, including orchestrated agent workflows, agent-to-agent (A2A) communication, tool-calling patterns, and MCP protocol–based architectures
Practical experience with SQL and NoSQL data stores, containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
