Receptionist / Administrative Clerk
Dallas Trailer Repair Co Inc. is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Clerk to support the effective and efficient operations of the organization's business team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and will perform various administrative tasks to assist customers and in-house departments.

Responsibilities
Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines visitor’s purpose and directs and/or escorts visitor to the appropriate person/location
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate staff via a multi-line phone system
Performs basic filing and recordkeeping
Orders and follows up on supplies for multiple locations
Process and invoice point-of-sale transactions
Employ and ensure specific accounting policies are followed regarding invoicing POS transactions
Manage and reconcile daily payments, including cash, credit cards, and checks
Assists several in-house departments, creating documents, maintaining spreadsheets, etc
Assists with planning and execution of special events organization-wide
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel / PowerPoint, etc.) or related software
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
High School Diploma/GED or related field and/or equivalent experience
Bi-lingual (Spanish Proficient)
At least two years of related experience is required
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
