Responsibilities
Creates and executes the strategy and roadmap for the I&O organization
Develops, controls, and owns the I&O global budget
Responsible for the lifecycle management of global infrastructure
Builds best in class ITSM practices to drive operational efficiencies
Develops, monitors and delivers monthly metrics to execute on commitments
Increases visibility of the technology landscape and its associated risk
Supports the transformational activities of the team and the company’s product roadmap in a dynamic environment
Builds an end user strategy that secures our assets and optimizes our spend
Build and maintains relationships with technology leaders and business executives to develop a clear understanding of business needs
Identifies gaps and hires, develops, and retains a high-performing and diverse team
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Information Systems/Technology related field of study
5 years experience in large, cross-functional teams influencing senior level management and key stakeholders
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate an I&O vision and plan that inspires and motivates staff and aligns to the IT and business strategy
Ability and experience presenting at the executive level
Extensive Data Center solutions and Management experience
IT budgeting and financial management
Strong vendor management and partner relation skills
Ability to understand and negotiate contracts
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a strategic people plan that ensures the right people are in the right roles to be successful, engaged, and happy
Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills
Ability to instill confidence in the business and demonstrate the value of IT
Preferred
Graduate Degree Information Systems/Technology related field of study
