Responsibilities

Support partner recruitment team by coordinating, scheduling and confirming interviews (phone, video, in-person), and scheduling any travel as needed
Track the status of all lateral partner candidates in the pipeline, which will include individual candidates, groups, and any larger scale opportunities
Assist with tracking market data using firm-licensed software and legal publications on lateral movement and intelligence
Facilitate flow of information from the recruitment team to integration team to ensure efficient and thorough onboarding and integration
Serve as a secondary point of contact for recruiting search firms and assist with maintenance of search firm relationships
Assist with efforts to engage our partners with respect to all recruiting efforts
Work collaboratively with the firm’s Marketing Department to prepare recruiting materials
Assist the integration team, as needed, in producing periodic long-term studies from collected historical data to measure success and predict future results; assist with presentations and visual depictions of study conclusions
Collaborate with team (including our onboarding and integration colleagues) to continually evaluate and improve our processes and procedures

Required

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
Strong computer and technical skills

Highly organized and efficient
