Responsibilities
Provides project management leadership for Global Converting Technology & Engineering
Project management and/or project oversight for such initiatives as product developments/improvements, process developments/improvements, equipment developments/improvements, materials developments/improvements and various projects related to technical innovations and technical leadership
Projects will also focus on the successful and timely commercialization of technologies
Provide Technical Training for operations, quality, commercial and other technical personnel
Demonstrate excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization
Must work well with all teams and functions to accomplish our objectives
Qualification
Required
4 year engineering degree required
Project Management experience
Experience using MS Project/Planner
Creative & innovative mindset
Project management proficiency
Continuous improvement of our project management process its effectiveness
Time management of yourself and others
Project expense management & tracking
Technology & innovation idea development and management
Technical support & training
Excellent problem solving capabilities
Travel as required
