Responsibilities
Identify and source viable candidates through various channels, including databases, professional networks, and industry events
Prepare detailed candidate profiles, including resumes and qualifications, to present to the proposal team in alignment with specific project needs
Manage candidate communications and build strong relationships with potential hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Assist in developing strategies to attract top talent and improve the overall quality of candidate submissions to proposals
Stay updated on designed opportunities and requirements, ensuring that candidate qualifications meet the criteria outlined in solicitations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance recruiting processes and improve response times
Monitor industry trends and government policies that may impact talent needs and contracting opportunities
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
Strong understanding of federal contracting processes and workforce requirements
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and candidate sourcing tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications against proposal needs
