4–5 years of experience with weld tooling design and validation, including weld templates and related parts/components
Strong 3D CAD skills using SolidWorks, Creo, or CATIA with solid manufacturing process knowledge
Hands-on experience in assembly process planning, material handling equipment, racking/carts, and special-purpose tooling design
Proven exposure to Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, SOP/CN/DOU documentation, vendor coordination, and shop-floor support
