Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative strategies to grow our community across TikTok, Substack, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, etc
Craft and adapt posts so each platform feels authentic and true to our brand - no one-size-fits-all approach
Track analytics and spot growth opportunities, and turn insights into action
Experiment with fresh tactics from interactive content to growth partnerships to see what works best
Collaborate directly with the co-hosts on campaigns that align with our mission of conscious, authentic growth
Qualification
Required
Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to capture attention quickly
Experience managing or growing an online presence (personal projects count if you can show results)
Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
A strategic mindset: you think about why content works, not just what to post
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
Preferred
Experience creating short-form video content (TikTok or Reels)
Prior internship, freelance, or work experience in social media or digital marketing
Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools for content creation
Interest in podcasts, wellness, lifestyle, or unconventional living
Understanding of analytics and how to adjust strategy based on performance
