As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping the architecture, workflows, and long-term direction of XO Armor’s software products while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy software solutions.

Responsibilities
Serve as a technical leader within the software engineering team, contributing to architectural decisions and long-term platform strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy desktop and cloud-connected software solutions
Plan and manage work at the sprint level using Agile methodologies within a Jira-based workflow
Develop and maintain desktop applications using Electron, Node.js, JavaScript, and Python
Design and implement responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces, including workflow-driven UI/UX decisions
Integrate cloud-based services and deployments (e.g., AWS, React Admin or similar frameworks) as part of the broader software ecosystem
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive timely, high-quality resolutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy desktop software solutions
Design and optimize SQL databases to support the software's data management requirements
Qualification
Required
5-7 years professional experience developing desktop software applications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Developer, with expertise in Python and React.js
Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience working with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and writing efficient SQL queries
Familiarity with desktop software development frameworks (e.g., Electron) is a plus
Knowledge of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and collaboration abilities within a team environment
Preferred
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Experience working with 3D modeling or scanning technologies
