Collaborative Support Programs of NJ is a mental health nonprofit agency seeking a self-motivated Financial Services Rep. The FSR provides financial management services to individuals with mental health diagnoses, educating them on money management and assisting in setting financial goals.

Responsibilities

Meet with person's served interested in financial assessment and facilitate establishing personalized financial goals
Aid in obtaining the required paperwork to open financial service accounts
Act as a custodian for person's served trust accounts
Coach person's served on how to develop and maintain a monthly budget
Assist person's served in tracking their credit score and enrolling in savings programs
Process and write checks for person's served expenditure

Required

Associates or Bachelor's in a financial discipline or High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years' experience in financial services
Financial literacy skills required!
Strong bookkeeping skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Exceptional time management and customer service skills
Ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office products, as well as general computer literacy
Ability to work with individuals with mental illness in a caring and professional manner
Valid NJ Driver's License with acceptable driving record
Lived Experience: CSPNJ prioritizes hiring people who use their life experience with a mental health diagnose or substance use to inspire and support others
