Responsibilities
Verify Accuracy
Analyze load failure
Provide application to support to internal PAM customers
Analyze problems, answer questions and provide training related to the software
Identify and test workarounds for bugs or deficiencies in the software
Research issues dealing with third party software used as components of the software
Follow a standard set of procedures and methods when responding to customer requests or inquiries
Conduct research on questions and issues using available information resources and other product specialists
Qualification
Required
5+ years of application support experience in the financial services domain
Experience supporting State Street's PAM product – previously produced by Princeton Financial Systems
SMS Set ups, and how they translate into yield calculations
Understanding of security master data
SQL experience ideal
