Manage a territory, partnering directly with eye care providers and staff
Drive both business growth and patient impact
Provide in-office training and education
Develop territory and attend industry events
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of outside sales experience within the optometry or ophthalmic industry
Demonstrated hunter mentality and proven success growing a territory
Strong communication and presentation skills, in-person and virtual
Tech savvy (CRM, MS Office, analytics tools)
Valid driver's license; able to travel regionally with limited overnights
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
