Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, or custom apps)
Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
Integrate ServiceNow with Snowflake for data ingestion, reporting, and analytics use cases
Perform data mining, data transformation, and analysis to support business insights and operational reporting
Design and implement scalable data pipelines between ServiceNow, Snowflake, and other enterprise systems
Develop scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, and server-side/client-side scripting
Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and security best practices
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and architects to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform, integration, and data-related issues
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and platform upgrades
Qualification
Required
6+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies)
Proven experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, OAuth)
Hands-on experience with Snowflake (data modeling, querying, data integration)
Experience in data mining, data analysis, and data transformation techniques
Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL
Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and data integration tools
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
