Responsibilities
Assists with the development and maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program
Customizes and configures workflow to allow the integration of client/server applications
Tests ERP layout to ensure the system is meeting corporate needs
Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert for SAP BRIM solutions, with a deep focus on Convergent Invoicing (CI) and FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable) modules
Lead functional design, configuration, and deployment of CI and FI-CA processes tailored to complex billing, receivables, and payables requirements
Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into robust functional specifications, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
Design, optimize, and support end-to-end billing, invoicing, and financial contract accounting processes, ensuring seamless integration with SAP FI/CO, and external systems
Develop process maps, configuration documentation, and user guides for CI and FI-CA modules to facilitate ongoing support and knowledge transfer
Lead and participate in workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and fit-gap analyses to inform solution design and implementation strategies
Provide expert guidance for data migration, conversion, and cutover activities specific to CI and FI-CA, ensuring data integrity and business continuity
Oversee system testing, UAT, and defect resolution for all functional aspects of CI and FI-CA modules
Monitor solution performance; recommend and implement enhancements aligned with SAP BRIM best practices and current roadmap features
Deliver Level 3 functional support and root cause analysis for complex issues within CI and FI-CA, collaborating with technical and Basis teams as required
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leadership, shaping BRIM functional strategy, governance, and process optimization roadmaps
Experience with SAP BRF+ (Business Rule Framework plus) for designing, implementing, and managing business rules within BRIM solutions
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in ERP program development and maintenance
