Analyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement
Consistently analyze financial information based on both routine and ad-hoc reports
Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators
Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management
Qualification
Required
MUST come from the commercial real estate industry
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
4+ financial analysis and modeling experience - must have strong modeling experience
Must have experience with commercial real estate underwriting
Advanced knowledge of Excel - must be able to manipulate data, import/export information, etc
Must have a 'proactive mindset' and thrive in a fast moving environment
Must be open to 10% travel
