Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment: Partner with HR and Program leadership to translate MTAP objectives into actionable plans that support enterprise talent priorities
Operational Excellence: Coordinate leadership meetings, planning sessions, and MTAP-related events to ensure time is used effectively and decisions are well-informed
Collaboration: Work across HR teams and partner groups to streamline processes, improve workflows, and remove barriers to execution
Governance & Facilitation: Lead and facilitate MTAP governance forums, ensuring decisions are clear and aligned with strategic goals
Program Delivery: Manage MTAP initiatives from design through implementation, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated
Data & Insights: Provide analysis and reporting to demonstrate MTAP impact and inform leadership decisions
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes and drive innovation within talent strategy
Qualification
Required
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience
5+ years of HR experience with a track record of leading complex projects
Strong understanding of HR systems and data (Workday experience preferred)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel up to 10% and work onsite in Las Colinas (Dallas) up to one week per month
