Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop the clinical operations team
Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, FDA regulations, and internal SOPs
Oversee study execution from start-up through close-out
Partner with PIs and site leadership on study allocation, resourcing, and enrolment strategy
Maintain high standards of quality, documentation, and operational efficiency
Support ongoing growth and operational scale at site level
Qualification
Required
Degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field
7–10+ years experience in clinical research operations
Proven leadership experience managing and developing site teams
Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations and regulatory requirements
Phase I / early-phase experience highly desirable
Preferred
Spanish language skills a plus, but not essential
