Responsibilities

Work as a member of our help desk team and provide general technology support for end-users
Troubleshoot and support our workstations, laptops, printers, plotters, video conferencing units and other peripherals
Maintain and support administrative, graphics and CAD applications in mixed Windows and Macintosh environments
Perform workstation and telephone additions/moves/changes
Support documentation, system backup and recovery and application upgrades

Required

You have completed your 2nd year of undergrad working towards a Bachelor's degree in the Information Technology or related field
Proven troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to disconnect, lift and move PC's and Monitors (50 lbs) to new workstations
Knowledge of basic desktop troubleshooting, including Windows and Mac OS
