Responsibilities
Manage a book of personal lines clients (auto, home, umbrella, etc.)
Handle policy renewals, endorsements, billing questions, and coverage changes
Serve as the primary point of contact for client service needs
Review coverage and proactively identify gaps or opportunities
Collaborate with producers and internal teams to ensure seamless service
Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of Personal Lines insurance experience
Strong knowledge of core personal insurance products
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail
Experience with agency management systems (EPIC or Applied preferred)
